Hey, I’m Maggie.

I know what it’s like to live in constant fight-or-flight, trying everything under the sun to finally feel at peace: strict diets, supplements, brain scans, therapies, psychedelics, pharmaceuticals. Even with all my knowledge about the nervous system, PTSD, and anxiety, I couldn’t figure out how to actually apply it. I kept overthinking and intellectualizing, stuck in my head instead of in my body.

In March 2024, it landed me in a psychiatric hospital for five days. Hopeless. Completely lost. That was a breaking point—but also a turning point.

Because here’s what I know now:Healing doesn’t come from a shiny new plan, a quick fix, or forcing yourself to “think positive.” It comes from learning how to work with your nervous system, your emotions, and your body—the real stuff you carry into every part of your life.
That’s why I do this work. Not because I have all the answers, but because I’ve lived the questions.

Why Coaching?

The most transformative times in my life weren’t when I found the right supplement or perfect diet—they were when I had a coach. Coaching gave me perspective I couldn’t give myself. It gave me a mirror, accountability, and the tools to stop repeating the same old patterns.

And after coaching thousands of women over the last six years, I can tell you this:

  • You don’t need more information.

  • You don’t need another plan.

  • You need support. You need practice. You need coaching.

Who I Work With

The women who find me are usually done. Done with trying to rearrange their lives so they can finally feel happy. Done with living on autopilot, people-pleasing, overthinking, and coping just to get through the day.They’re tired of doing “all the right things” but still feeling empty, anxious, and disconnected.
And deep down, they know—like I knew—there’s got to be a better way.

A Few Things About Me

  • I’m a mom and online business owner, navigating the same chaos and messiness as you.

  • I’ve been on this healing journey for 21 years and coaching for 6.

  • I use humor (and sometimes blunt honesty) because healing is heavy enough—we need moments of lightness.

  • Outside of coaching, you’ll usually find me baking sourdough, curled up under a cozy blanket, or geeking out about things like quantum physics, meditation, astrology, human design, and tarot.

My Approach

This isn’t about “fixing” you. Because you’re not broken.

It’s about reconnecting to yourself—your body, your nervous system, your emotions—and learning how to live in a way that feels sustainable, honest, and deeply yours.

I’m not here to give you toxic positivity or quick hacks. I’m here to help you do the real work of coming home to yourself.
